Medication Supervision definitely an important part of healthcare management is being able to identify what is the right medication, what is the correct dose and when is the correct time to take it. We offer medication supervision that includes assisted self-administration and/or setting up of medications for the client or family administration.

Our Specialized Services...

Live-in – these affordable services include full-time, live-in (24/7) one-on-one care and support for individuals with chronic physical or memory /judgment challenges but who are not ready to leave their home for an institutional  setting, so they can have the benefit to enjoy life in the comfort of their own homes. Our Live-in services are provided in conjunction with homemaking, companion, medication supervision and personal hygiene services.

Hospital Sitting – affordable services that are made available to those confined in hospitals, skilled nursing homes, rehab facilities or even in assisted living communities. Clients and/or patients in institutional settings are normally cared for and visited by nurses and nursing aides only at designated times. A Hospital Sitter, who is a trained caregiver or CNA, stays with his/her patient all the time(except during a break period of about 30 minutes or less), so that the Sitter can provide services such as companionship and comfort; stand by assistance; wheeling the patient outside to get some fresh air and/or sunshine; assist the patient to walk (with or without a walker) to visit the other patients to exchange pleasantries or to go to the activity room to participate in some of the facility’s activities for the patients and residents; assistance with choosing their meal and/or feeding; turning & repositioning every hour or two hours to prevent bedsores and more important, to keep the patient dry in bed (not  sweaty or damp) to prevent the patient from contacting respiratory illness such as pneumonia. Hospital sitting services are available for several hours a day (usually 8 to 12 hours a day) or a choice of two 12-hour sessions (which is equivalent to 24 hours service but with two caregivers – 12 hours for each assigned caregiver).

Respite Care – is available for the primary family caregiver (for example: a son and/or daughter caring for their parents or a wife or a husband caring for the spouse) to offer relief with the daily routine of care and support. Respite care can be availed of from a few hours per day, or 24 hours, or even live-in respite care.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is provided for our non-ambulatory clients (those who can only be transported sitting on a wheelchair) for medical appointments.

Nutritious Meals at Your Service – at the option of our live-in clients (or through their immediate family members or conservators), we can provide 1 to 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) each at a very fair price. Lunch & dinner each consists of a generous portion of one main dish with bread, rice or baked potato, and a choice of either steamed vegetables or fresh salad. Under the supervision of our professional dietician, Ning Camanzo, RD, CLE, our experienced chefs use only the highest quality meat & poultry and fresh vegetables to create nutritious and healthful meals. These meals are prepared fresh every day and are delivered to the clients’ homes. We have a wide variety of menu (also for diabetics) and we use no MSG.

Bimonthly Home Visits/Reassessment – Although our services are specialized in non-medical home care, we have our Staff Nurse who visits our clients once every two weeks to make an updated reassessment and to prevent oversight.

Surprise Home Visits – are performed weekly by either our Administrative Director or Placement Director:  (1) to visit the client; (2) to monitor the caregiver’s performance; (3) to inspect if the place is safe and clean; and (4) to prevent oversight. Surprise visits can be done any day of the week at any time between 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
